Welcome to Aiken, SC - the heart of Eventing Country. With recognized Horse Trials, Combined Training Events, Dressage, Hunter/Jumper and schooling shows, polo matches, area State Parks, cross country courses and the home of elite equestrian athletes and their equine partners - Aiken is the hot spot to be! There is never a lack of anything “horsey” to enjoy while visiting Aiken., not to mention the glorious weather, especially in the Fall!
Avalo Farm Eventing Naturally is your destination for an elite, exclusive experience! We believe in a strong foundation of Natural Horsemanship to enhance performance. You will stay with us for four weeks to improve your skills and savvy in Eventing and Natural Horsemanship. You can bring your own horse (approval necessary) but we also will provide you with a matched horse during your stay.
Outings to chosen clinics, cross country schooling sessions and real Event Competition set up will be part of your program. On top of all this great education we have selected outside clinicians to come in and teach you privately (see line-up below)! And even more! You will complete your visit by competing in a Combined Test Event and Horse Trials – TWO Competitions - with a coach on hand!
For these four weeks, your cost of $3995 will include:
· All coaching at Avalo Farm
· All guest clinicians & speakers both in-house and off-property
· Schooling fees, hotel and mileage for outings
· Use of Avalo’s horses
· Equipment use
· Your shared accommodation at Avalo
· One group dinner a week
· Two competitions!
You will have four horse-busy, information-packed and fun-filled weeks! Time off/private time is included each week for relaxing, local touring and to kick back and just enjoy yourself. This course is designed for you if:
* You are well-versed in Natural Horsemanship and you would like to learn Eventing using natural methods putting them all to use in a competition!
* You already are Eventing and would like to learn how Natural Horsemanship can enhance your relationship and performance.
